Every thing on the menu is flavorful and well balanced. I love the sample of lentil soup and have ordered a bowl on many occasions. I am a regular for Their lettuce bowls and I have several friends whom I have pointed to this oasis who are now regulars, as well.
I walked in recently on a very cold afternoon. It was lunch time. I was immediately greeted by one of the servers and offered a taste of the lentil soup! I was hooked! I ordered a bowl that included rice and choice of meat. I had lamb/beef kabob. What most impressed me was the quality of the food. Im not sure but I believe its halal. I had no regret after eating such a delicious meal. I will definitely go back.
In a word, the food here was outstanding. In a few more words, everything was fresh and tasty and thoughtfully prepared. My kefta bowl overflowed with vegetables and salad. The lentil soup was outstanding. I'm ready to go back!

My fiancée went in to get food for us. First time trying and not the last!!! I believe he spoke to the owner, very nice man. Welcoming as well. He got what he recommended & it was the chicken shawarma, as is no changes. I cannot make out the seasoning or flavor but it's there! Comes with fries & I want to say pickled veggies like cauliflower & carrots. The sauce on the side is great... reminds me of a light creamy mayo garlic sauce. To be honest, you need to try this place yourself. Ambience is clean & food is made right then and there.
The food was delicious. I have had beef and chicken shawarma, kafta, and the kebob. The food is fresh. They have great service but can be slow so make time for your order. They ambiance is what you would expect at a faat food joint, except it is very clean. I will be back.
We just tried Uncle Shawarma for the first time today and wow! What a beautiful place with delicious and fresh food. My husband got the chicken shawarma sandwich -- it was delicious. He also got the falafel and they were freshly fried and incredible! We also really loved the baba ghanoj and lentil soup. The tabbouleh and pickled turnips were also delicious. The service was so kind and friendly. We will absolutely be back!
The entrance of this restaurant shares the entrance of the bakery next door. The restaurant is bright with a few tables to eat in. The staff were patient with me as I decided. I received a sample of the lentil soup which was good. I ordered the lunch special which included rice, salad, steak shawarma, a falafel, chicken kabob along with pita bread. Everything was delicious! I especially loved the steak and falafel. I had a side of hummus which is outstanding! Very creamy! My husband tried the gyro and thought it was good. My daughter enjoyed her chicken shawarma bowl.
